Remember Her? Well, She’s Getting Her Own Reality T.V. Show!
(Per Honey Magazine) Former G-Unit singer Olivia announced that she just may be added to the long list of celebrity VH1 reality TV shows later on this year; but according to the singer, she couldn’t provide any details as of right now. She also reveals that she currently has several record labels to choose from. Looks like Olivia’s G-Unit days are long behind her now.
“I can’t give you no scoop, but right now it’s four labels vying for my attention,” she said in an interview. “I got a lot big things in the works and I haven’t touched on my Vh1 show. I can’t talk too much about that, but the girl will be on fire this summer. I’m about to be shutting a lot of people down, I’m excited. I just gave you the best insight, I told you it was on Vh1. [Laughs] You probably thought I was going to be on the Food Network channel or something. Nah, I can’t tell you [more details than] that, I’m under contract. [Laughs]”

Kim’s Haunting “Sex Tape”
Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush recently split after almost three years of dating (supposedly for good this time!), and some reports claim Kim’s past played a role in the breakup. A source told X17 online that Reggie was uneasy about settling down with the socialite because of the 2007 sex tape she made with her then-boyfriend Ray J.
The source said:
“Reggie’s mom just could not get over the fact that Kim had a sex tape. Reggie and his family are very conservative, and he told Kim that a marriage is never going to happen between them because of the tape.”
Kim is said to regret the video more than ever now, because she thinks she’d still be with Reggie if it had never been made public. The source added:
“She’s still crazy about him. If she didn’t have the sex tape, she could have been Mrs. Bush.”
While the reality star is struggling to cope with the split, Reggie is reportedly throwing himself into the single life. A friend said:
“Reggie is surrounded by a bunch of his single friends. He wants to be a party guy, hang with the boys and date other people.”
One insider told E!:
“There hasn’t been any communication as of late. But that will change once she gets back to Los Angeles. They have a dog together and stuff at each other’s homes. It’s not like they’re enemies. They will work on their friendship, but it will happen very slowly.”
News of Reggie and Kim’s separation came less than a month after the couple reportedly bought a $4.8 million love nest together in Beverly Hills.
Stephanie Meyer to Thank her Fans with THIRD ‘Twilight’ Installment (Free Online)
Stephanie Meyer, author of ‘Twilight’ announced Tuesday that her upcoming book, a new addition to her extended vampire story, will be made available for free online as a thank you to her fans.
Meyer broke the news on her Web site Tuesday morning that The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner is due out in June, and fans can read it in a pricey hardback edition or a free online version. The 200-page novella will be the first new book from the popular author in two years, but she says she wrote most of it while working on Eclipse. It tells the bigger story behind the newborn vampire Bree Tanner (to be played by Jodelle Ferland in the movie), who dies just 10 pages after her character is introduced in the third Twilight book.
“I began this story a long time ago — before Twilight was even released,” Meyer explains on her Web site. “Back then I was just editing Eclipse, and in the thick of my vampire world. I was thinking a lot about the newborns, imagining their side of the story, and one thing led to another. I started writing from Bree’s perspective about those final days, and what it was like to be a newborn.”
Twilight fans will be happy to hear that the book will tell more about what vamp villainess Victoria is up to in Seattle during the third book. If you’ve only seen the movies, Victoria plays a much bigger role in the third installment, and has been recast by much bigger actress Bryce Dallas Howard.
Kelis Has a New Boo!
Just learned that Kelis looks as though she has moved on to the next one. According to Honey Magazine, she is dating Sanaa Lathan’s ex-boo, Adewale Ogunleye.
Our Honeybees are buzzing that the former Mrs. Jones is bunned up with Chicago Bears footballer, Wale Ogunleye. According to our sources, the romance has been hot and heavy for almost two months – at least. The duo were spotted as far back as Super Bowl weekend, when they were seen stepping out of a Miami movie theater together hand in hand. Just this past weekend, they were seen at the Winter Music Conference, also in Miami. Ogunleye was in attendance as Kelis performed cuts from her upcoming album at the Belvedere Music Lounge. Later that night sources spotted them canoodling in VIP at Club LIV. For now, his new romance with Kelis is being kept quiet right now, but look for the two to debut their romance shortly.

Neo Soul sensation, Erykah Badu, visits BET’s “106 & Park” at BET Studios on March 29, 2010 in New York City.
She’s been receiving quite a lot of criticism for her recent “Window Seat” music video where she shed her clothes as she walked along a Dallas, Texas, sidewalk until she was nude at the site where President Kennedy was assassinated. Suddenly, a shot rang out as the song ended; Badu’s head jerked back and she fell to the ground.

Obama Kicks the “Middleman” Out

Declaring himself an ally of American students in a fight against commercial banks, President Obama on Tuesday signed a new law designed to free up more money for higher education by ending the role of banks as “middlemen” in the college lending process.
The changes to the college loan business come as part of the final piece of the healthcare reform law, which Obama enacted in a signing ceremony at a community college in the Virginia suburbs of D.C.
Speaking to a crowd of students, Obama credited Democrats in Congress with tackling “a sweetheart deal in federal law” that guaranteed billions of dollars in profits for banks to offer college loans.
Money that should have been spent advancing the educational interests of students “instead was spent padding student lenders’ profits,” the president said. “It probably won’t surprise you to learn that the banks hired an army of lobbyists” to fight it.
“But I didn’t stand with the banks and the special interests,” Obama said of himself and the Democratic members of Congress who joined him at Northern Virginia Community College for the event. “We stood with you. We stood with America’s students.”
Study: Chocolate Could Reduce Risk of Heart Attack or Stroke by 40%

LONDON – German researchers followed nearly 20,000 people over eight years, sending them several questionnaires about their diet and exercise habits.
They found people who had an average of six grams of chocolate per day – or about one square of a chocolate bar – had a 39 percent lower risk of either a heart attack or stroke. The study is scheduled to be published Wednesday in the European Heart Journal.
Previous studies have suggested dark chocolate in small amounts could be good for you, but this is the first study to track its effects over such a long period of time. Experts think the flavonols contained in chocolate are responsible. Flavonols help the muscles in blood vessels widen, which leads to a drop in blood pressure.
“It’s a bit too early to come up with recommendations that people should eat more chocolate, but if people replace sugar or high-fat snacks with a little piece of dark chocolate, that might help,” said Brian Buijsse, a nutritional epidemiologist at the German Institute of Human Nutrition in Nuthetal, Germany, the study’s lead author.
The people tracked by Buijsse and colleagues had no history of heart problems, had similar habits for risk factors like smoking and exercise, and did not vary widely in their Body Mass Index.
Doctors also warned that eating large amounts of chocolate could lead to weight gain, a major risk factor for heart problems and strokes.
