Jessica Alba’s Pregnant with Baby #2

Jessica Alba has announced she is pregnant with her second child.

The 29-year-old actress and her producer husband Cash Warren, 32, already have a two-and-a-half year old daughter, Honor.

In the message to fans on Facebook, she wrote: ‘I thought I’d drop by to let you all in on some exciting news – Honor is going to be a Big Sister!

‘Cash and I are thrilled and wanted to share the news directly with you so you didn’t hear about it somewhere else.

‘I appreciated all of the love and support you all gave me during my first pregnancy and will definitely appreciate it again this time around.’

Jessica and Cash met on the set of The Fantastic Four in 2004 and got engaged three years later after learning of her surprise pregnancy.

Motherhood has changed her focus from career to family.

‘Having my daughter has certainly shifted my priorities,’ she has said.

‘It’s all about giving her the best life possible, and that means finding that right balance between being home and working when I can, rather than being so career driven.’

Jessica was recently in Little Fockers and The Killer Inside Me, and has just wrapped the adventure comedy, Spy Kids 4: All the Time in the World.

A.C. Slater’s New Baby Girl!

“She’s constantly changing but she’s got these slight dimples.” Mario opens up about becoming a dad for the first time in the new issue of OK! and shares pictures of his new little girl, along with his girlfriend, Courtney Mazza.

“I’m still in that shocked, euphoric stage,” Mario explains of being a father. “Finding out the sex of the baby was the best surprise. I did a big betting pool and everyone was excited. I thought we were having a girl, and Courtney thought it was a boy.”

So does he have worries about being a first-time dad to Gia, born on Sept. 11? Not really!

“I come from a big, loud Mexican Catholic family,” Mario tells OK!. “My sister also has three kids, so I’m used to a bunch of babies [being] around.”

Diet Soda Increases Risk of Preterm Delivery

There are so many things you’re not supposed to eat or drink when you’re pregnant — sushi, Caesar salad, blue cheese, lox, coffee and, of course, alcohol. Now researchers have added a new item to that list — diet soda.

Women who drank at least one diet soda per day were 38% more likely to have their baby early compared to women who abstained. For women who drank at least four diet sodas each day, the increased risk was 78%, according to a study published in the September issue of the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.

About one out of every eight babies is born preterm, according to the March of Dimes. “Babies who are born preterm are at higher risk of needing hospitalization, having long-term health problems and of dying than babies born at the right time,” according to the group’s website.

The researchers found no link between consumption of sugar-sweetened beverages and risk of preterm delivery, suggesting that some component of artificial sweeteners is to blame. Noncarbonated diet drinks also weren’t associated with an increased risk of preterm delivery, probably because those drinks contained much lower levels of artificial sweeteners (only about one-half to one-third as much aspartame and acesulfame-K as in carbonated diet drinks, according to the study).

For the sake of comparison, using the same dataset the researchers calculated that women who smoked every day were 21% more likely than nonsmokers to deliver their babies early.

She Gets it From Her Momma!

Halle Berry captured a few adorable pictures for the family album yesterday after taking her daughter to a fun park in Los Angeles.

Little Nahla saddled up for her first ever pony ride and the actress was on hand to record the moment.

The gorgeous two-year-old, who was strapped in with a harness, looked at ease as the horse slowly circled around a fenced off path.

Halle, 43, waved and beamed with pride as she watched her amble past.

The mother-daughter duo made a very stylish pair, with both dressed in casual but cool jeans for the outing.

They spent some time apart over the weekend while Nahla was with Halle’s ex Gabriel Aubrey.

The actress split from the French-Canadian model, who is nine years her junior, last month and both said they were sad about the decision.

Ms. Berry has been married twice before, first to former baseball player David Justice and then to musician Eric Benet.

Nahla is a true beauty! She definitely gets it from her Momma!

 

New Divorce, New Baby

Sandra Bullock will be on the cover of People talking about her decision to file for divorce against philandering husband Jesse James, but she won’t be alone. America’s favorite Oscar winner has been in the process of adopting a baby from New Orleans for the last few months, and she’s using her exclusive interview to introduce 3 1/2th month old Louis.

“He’s just perfect, I can’t even describe him any other way…It’s like he’s always been a part of our lives.”

Despite her use of our—and the fact that Louis has allegedly been living with Bullock and James’ family since before the Oscars—she’s completed the adoption process as a single parent.

“Yes, I have filed for divorce,” Bullock confirmed to People, admitting “I’m sad and I’m scared.”

Baby Updates: Christina Milian and Kimora

Christina Milian has revealed the first photograph of her newborn daughter.

The ‘Dip it Low’ singer and music producer husband The Dream welcomed daughter Violet, their first child together, on February 26.

She posed for a photoshoot with the baby for the new issue of Us Weekly, saying:

“She’s got a lot of personality. She laughs a lot!”

The 28-year-old reportedly added that she gained 45lbs during the pregnancy and has lost around 27lbs since giving birth.

Millian and The Dream tied the knot in Las Vegas last September.

Also, here’s a candid shot of Kimora and baby Kenzo. He’s growing up so fast. It seems like it was just yesterday when she popped him out. He’s going to be a handsome little guy. Doesn’t he look so much like Aoki (the younger daughter)?

Christina Milian & The Dream Welcome a Baby Girl!

The Dream and Christina Milian are now the proud parents of a baby girl named Violet. As previously reported The Dream expected Christina Milian have the baby by Sunday, but Christina gave birth on Feb 26. A friend close to the married couple states that the baby is so adorable and the Dream and Christina Millian couldn’t be happier.

This is Christina Milian’s first child and the fourth for Dream who has kids from his previous marriage to Nivea, who just gave birth to Lil Wayne’s baby (eek!)

Kourtney Keeps It Real

Most Hollywood moms start stressing about losing their baby weight even before leaving the delivery room. But Kourtney Kardashian isn’t like most women.

“It’s been hard to find time to work out,” she told Life & Style during an exclusive interview on Jan. 29. “All I want to do is spend time with Mason.”

Kourtney decided to open up to Life & Style about her struggle to slim down after a tabloid magazine used heavyhanded photoshopping to make it appear as if she’d regained her svelte pre-pregnancy figure just one month after giving birth. “Losing the weight has been a lot harder than I thought,” she says. “I’ve lost 25 pounds so far. I still have 15 more to go.”

And Kourtney is happy to keep it real.

“Since having him, I don’t care as much what I look like,” Kourtney told Life & Style. “I gained weight in my booty, my stomach, my thighs and my arms. Everything got a little bigger for sure. I do want to get back to the way my body was before, but it’s definitely not my biggest concern. I feel fine.” To help loose the inches and get back her killer abs, Kourtney’s using the Belly Bandit (here posing exclusively for Life & Style). Kourtney says, “The Belly Bandit makes my clothes fit better, and nobody even knows I’m wearing it!”

I was actually pretty surprised to hear Kourtney not caring so much about her post-pregnancy weight since she seems like a woman who is concerned with being on point 24/7.  I mean, did you see the part 2 finale of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians”? She was applying on make-up right after her water broke! LMAO … I guess her new found love, Mason Dash, has changed her in more than one way. I like Kourtney though, she seems real and mature.

What is Kendra talking about you ponder?

I was on E!’s website and reading one of Marc Malkin’s posts which explained in a recent interview he had with Kendra Wilkinson that her newly parenting motto is

“When the baby sleeps, we have sex!” Kendra told me earlier today. “That’s what it is for us. That’s why it’s so cool to be young parents because we have the energy to do that.”

Kendra is a ball of energy! She recently made an in-store appearance in Las Vegas for her line of stripper poles.

“The best thing about it is seeing all types of women on my pole, there was like a 65-year-old woman who was taking a class on my stripper pole. There were these girls who played soccer, like athletes. That’s what I like to see on my pole.” said the E! Reality star.

Also in Vegas was—what else?—some more rollin’ in the hay! Kendra and Hank jetted to Sin City for Valentine’s Day. “He surprised me with 10 dozen roses in our hotel room,” Kendra said, “and I surprised him with sex.”
