1. Diet
Eating a healthy balanced diet will maintain healthy ph levels in your vagina. Eating lactobacillus will keep your insides cleansed.
- Foods to avoid that will not help you smell sweet:
Red Meats
Fish
Egg Yolks

2. Wash.
Poor hygiene leads to smells and problems later. Make sure you always wipe front to back to prevent e.coli (rectum last).
Wash down there twice a day.
3. Natural Materials.
Only wear cotton underwear. If you wear panty liners make sure they are breathable not the kind with a plastic liner. Do not wear tampons or diaphragms for a long time. Do not wear underwear at night. Let it all air out.
4. Safe Sex.
Always use a condom unless you are in a long term relationship.
Flavored gels can change the taste or smell. Mint is the strongest and will make things highly intense and sensitive. Flavored powders brushed lightly on the outside of your body or on you sheets.
5. Drink Teas.
Calli tea is a great cleanser and detoxifier. Brew one bag in a pot of tea with stevia and you will be healthy, cleansed and feel lighter.
I think all the tips are very helpful and make a lot of sense biologically. Especially the DIET part – How many of you have noticed that it smells “different” down there when you eat certain foods? Or drank too much the night before? Or got way too high? lol
Febreze to go, you can find them at Walmart, Walgreens, any local general store.
Do you ever leave a party smelling like smoke? Or leave a restaurant smelling like food? Leave a car full of weed smoke (lol)? Well my girl D actually came up with a great idea in using febreze outside of refreshing a room! She uses it as a body/hair spray to rid of all the unwanted odors that stick to you. I tried it over the weekend and it made me smell so fresh and clean as if I, myself just hopped out of the washer and dryer! D also told me that a random lady recently asked her what type of perfume she was wearing. She laughed and said “It’s Febreze” as the random lady had a surprised look. So for all you peoples (like me) who hate smelling like food or smoke, keep this handy and one or two sprays will do you justice. You will seriously smell like you just threw on some newly washed clothes! It also does eliminate the odor that you absolutely hate! Buy it and Try it! Let me know if you agree!

Do you use eye make-up remover on a daily basis? I do! So sometimes I run out of the solution and I’m like dammit! Well anyway, I learned this trick from my girl Corinne but you have to promise you will be on point with your hand/eye precision when performing this little trick. An easy way to remove your eye make-up without the solution is to replace it with lotion. Now, I think every woman can find at least a couple drops of lotion within their purse/home or at a friends house/purse! Just use a Q-tip (or whatever applicator you normally use e.g. cottonballs, sponges, etc.) and moisten the tip using any type of body or face lotion. You will come to find out that the make-up comes off very easily! The one warning I would like you to remember is to NOT get the lotioned up Q-tip in your eye cuz it will “BURN, BABY BURN (Disco Inferno!)” lol. No, but seriously ….
