Filming of Lindsay Lohan’s upcoming biopic about Deep Throat star Linda Lovelace was scheduled to start in August. Rumors began circulating this week that she had been dumped, due to her 90-Day rehabilitation program.
Fortunately, Inferno’s producers have jumped to her defense, declaring their loyalty to the star. To rebuff any further speculation, new images of Lindsay posing in character as Linda Lovelace have been released.
Wearing white underwear, she poses provocatively on a bed surrounded by men.
In another shot the 24-year-old gazes at herself in a mirror, wearing a brunette curly wig.
Lindsay does bear a resemblance to the 1970′s porn actress, who died in a car accident in 2002.
The photographs were taken by Lohan’s friend, photographer Tyler Shields, for his book The Dirty Side of Glamour, before her incarceration.
Lindsay’s mother called the director yesterday concerned that there was some truth to the statements about Lindsay getting dropped from her role.
‘These stories are completely unfounded and untrue.’
The statement confirms that shooting has been rearranged to commence after Lindsay has completed her stint in rehab:
“The current production schedule, which works around L.L.’s current court obligations, has a start of photography in November of this year. We never considered recasting Inferno, and never would recast it. There is no actor more ideally suited to this role than Lindsay, and we are content to start production after she finishes what the court mandated.”
President Barack Obama is scheduled to visit ABC’s “The View” on Thursday and join the ladies for a morning discussion.
Executive producers Barbara Walters and Bill Geddie that it will mark the first time a sitting U.S. president has visited a daytime talk show.
Obama’s interview will touch on topics that include jobs, the economy, the gulf oil spill and family life inside the White House. It is scheduled to be taped Wednesday.
Walters will make a special return to the studio to join her co-hosts for the show. “The View” airs weekdays on ABC (KMGH Channel 7 in Denver) at 10 a.m. Mountain time.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt attended the premiere of her new flick Salt Monday night in L.A. and the two did not disappoint.
A.J., dressed in a strapless sparkly Emporio Armani mini dress, spent more than 20 minutes taking pictures with fans (with both her camera and theirs) while a cleanly shaven and super doable Pitt was constantly by her side.
“I love it,” Angelina told E! on the black carpet about her new flick and why she kicks butt so well (and looks good doing it). “I just love to jump around and break things.”
As for her children, they aren’t exactly enjoying their mom playing super spy—just yet.
“They saw a clip and were a little disturbed, they didn’t like it. I mean they liked the fun part of [Salt]. They came to set and saw me do stunts, but in the clip there’s someone tying my feet up,” Angelina explained describing their hesitation.
As for Brad? Let’s just say he was a little more than turned on by Angelina’s onscreen moves.
“Oh, he likes it,” the skinny star said about her new action packed role. “He met me that way!”

The eye-popping Giorgio Armani Privé minidress in red silk was designed especially for the sultry actress and certainly ensured she was center stage with a plunging neckline that put her assets on full display.
The Transformers star plays a corseted, gun-wielding hooker called Lilah in the film, “Jonah Hex”, which is yet another comic book adaptation.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has made her first appearance on the set of Transformers III, after taking over from Megan Fox.
The Victoria’s Secret model kept her costume secretive as she wore a dressing gown and smoked a cigarette while waiting to film her scenes.
Her appointment as the main love interest in the film was only revealed last week, but she is already hard at work in Los Angeles.
The 23-year-old was up against stars including Gemma Arterton, Ashley Green and Zoe Salanda to take over after Megan resigned following the first two films.
Even Heidi Montag recorded a video audition in a bid to make it on to the big screen.
But it was inexperienced lingerie model, Rosie, who won the high-profile role – despite her only previous acting experience being a short promotional film for Agent Provocateur.
Although brief it was certainly memorable.
In it she played a wronged girlfriend whose boyfriend had forgotten Valentine’s Day.
She visited his office, tied him up, performed a striptease, then walked away, telling him ‘This will teach you to forget Valentine’s Day’.
Megan Fox’s departure from the franchise was not surprising as she ragged on her own director Michael Bay, as being ’a nightmare’ to work for’.
The 24-year-old, who played Mikaela Banes in the 2007 billion dollar blockbuster and this year’s sequel, insisted that it was her decision not to resume the role.
Transformers III is slated for release next year.
Rosie will be filming in Los Angeles for the next four weeks. It gives her ample time to see her new boyfriend Jason Statham, who lives in the city.

Star, Sarah Jessica Parker, rocked a DayGlo yellow Valentino with a clever neckline and asymmetrical hem. Kristin Davis also went phosphorescent, in a hot pink vintage Jean Desses, a designer who died in 1970 but whose gorgeously-draped gowns have been embraced in recent years by Renee Zellweger and Jennifer Lopez.
Kim Cattrall’s wore an exquisitely embellished Naeem Kahn gown (he’s been getting some high-profile gigs lately) in an unusual shade of greenish-yellow. Cynthia Nixon went safe in a black strapless Carolina Herrera gown with some simple ornamentation at the bust.
