Just learned that Kelis looks as though she has moved on to the next one. According to Honey Magazine, she is dating Sanaa Lathan’s ex-boo, Adewale Ogunleye.
Our Honeybees are buzzing that the former Mrs. Jones is bunned up with Chicago Bears footballer, Wale Ogunleye. According to our sources, the romance has been hot and heavy for almost two months – at least. The duo were spotted as far back as Super Bowl weekend, when they were seen stepping out of a Miami movie theater together hand in hand. Just this past weekend, they were seen at the Winter Music Conference, also in Miami. Ogunleye was in attendance as Kelis performed cuts from her upcoming album at the Belvedere Music Lounge. Later that night sources spotted them canoodling in VIP at Club LIV. For now, his new romance with Kelis is being kept quiet right now, but look for the two to debut their romance shortly.

Kelis recently did a spread and interview with Honey magazine where she spoke about her fashion, motherhood and future. Now with a new Interscope deal under Will.I.Am Music Group and coming 5th album tentatively titled Flesh Tones, she’s coming back to claim her style icon crown once again. She steered away from going into any details with Nas but Ms. Bossy said she is at a happy place in her life right now. Check out some of her interview below.
On your blog you mentioned walking down the street pregnant and hearing New Yorkers say so much to you. You recently went through your divorce with Nas and when a lot of celebrity couples separate, the public tends to take sides and be very verbal about who they do and don’t support…
I don’t give a shit about that. I don’t give a shit what anyone has to say about [my divorce].
What inspired the silver and gold look?
Oh, I don’t know, I just feel like an animal. I kept thinking of a wolf or a husky and that’s what they look like.
In regards to you, that seems to be the consensus for a lot of today’s female artists as well. How do you feel about all these half-shaved heads on chicks like Cassie and Rihanna?
Well I was definitely the first to do it. The only other person I would give credit before me is Pepa. Other than that, I expect them to copy me. What else are they supposed to do? They’re young. God bless them.
So we hear you’re a certified chef, it’s good to see an artist do more than just acting on the side. Has cooking always been your thing?
I just love food. I love the lifestyle of it and I love that every great event in one’s life is surrounded by food. Everywhere there’s love there’s food.

According to TMZ.com, Nas’ lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan filed court papers (November 2), seeking to block Kelis’ request for $72,728 a month in spousal support.
Nas had been ordered to pay Kelis $44,000 in child support payments in addition to a one-time payment of $45,000 to pay Rogers’ attorney fees and for a forensic accountant.
In August, Kelis’ attorney Laura Wasser filed a motion seeking to increase amount to $72,728 in income based on the $240,000 the rapper earns per-month.
She also seeks $17,225 a month in child support, $72,728 in spousal support, $29,522 in back child support and finally, retro spousal support.
Kelis gave birth to their Knight in July of 2009. After six years of marriage, she filed for divorce from Nas in April, citing irreconcilable differences.
In September, the pair were seen together at New York hotspot Marquee and other events, sparking rumors that the reconciliation might be possible.
In October, the IRS filed a lien against Nas, because the rapper owes $2,584,206.31 to the government for unpaid taxes on income earned throughout 2006 and 2007.

Nas and Kelis split in April while Kelis was pregnant with their first child, Knight, but the couple sparked reunion rumors when they attended a party together at New York’s Marquee club on Monday. Later, they were seen kissing inside. A source said: “Nas and Kelis were celebrating his birthday with some friends and you couldn’t tell they were divorcing to look at them. They seemed very intimate and were kissing and hugging and even left together.”
Kelis wrote on her Twitter page: “I’m in a great mood today down right giddy idunno why but its good!”
Kelis and Nas’ loved-up behavior this week is a far cry from their public battles since Kelis filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences. It is believed she became tired of Nas’ verbal abuse and alleged infidelity.
Shortly after Knight was born, a court ordered Nas to pay his estranged spouse $30,471 spousal support a month, and also provide his son with $9,027. Nas also had to pay $45,000 for Kelis’ legal fees and for a forensic accountant. Another hearing is set to take place this month to review the arrangements.
Kelis and Nas met at an after-party hosted by P. Diddy for the 2002 MTV Video Music Awards. They got engaged a year later and married in Atlanta in 2005.
