I never thought I would hear Weezy sing, or not rap on a track. I actually love the lyrics in this song and the beat is super catchy. I showed one of my male friends this track and they were not too fond of it. Maybe it’s because I’m a girl, or I can relate to the song, I’m not sure. All I know is that I’m feeling this joint. Lil Wayne shot the cover of Rolling Stone which will hit news stands January 21st. Inside, he reveals his beef with Heat Players Lebron and Dwyane Wade. He also reveals that he is a master in UNO, he loves reading the bible and he could have landed in even more trouble in prison if another inmate didn’t take the rap for him. Read the excerpts below:

Lil’ Wayne is definitely getting back into the swing of things. The rapper was photographed with quite the posse of celebrity friends, including Drake, Mack Maine, Chris Brown, Bow Wow, and Birdman. Lil’ Wayne and company were courtside last Thursday night at the Miami Heat vs. Boston Celtics game, catching all the action up close.

Lil Wayne left Rikers Island prison in New York early this morning, after eight months of his one-year sentence on gun charges.
TMZ reported the rapper is “free at last.” 
MTV had been told the star’s exit would be delayed a day, but confirmed this morning that Wayne had been released.
Young Money President Mack Maine stopped by the MTV News offices Wednesday and said the rapper will celebrate his homecoming with a party Sunday at a Miami strip club, but before that, he may make a surprise appearance at Drake’s Light Dreams and Nightmares Tour stop Saturday in Las Vegas.

Lil Wayne has about a month left in prison on Rikers Island — and he recently got into a bit of trouble. Again.
The rapper was found with a pair of headphones and a charger for an MP3 player, and another inmate was said to be hiding the MP3 player, TMZ reports. The rapper has reportedly been placed in solitary confinement for the infraction.
For this new trouble, Wayne will have less interaction with inmates and will spend up to 23 hours a day in an isolation cell, TMZ reports. His out-of-cell time is limited to religious services and one hour of recreational time. His phone privileges also have been reduced to just one personal phone call a week.
No word on whether this recent setback will affect his release date, which is tentatively scheduled for November 4. If he still is out that day, the rumor was that the rapper will hold a concert November 5 at New York’s Madison Square Garden, where his last performance was before he turned himself in to authorities. But the head of his label, Cash Money Records’ Bryan “Baby” Williams, said earlier Monday that while plans for Wayne’s post-prison celebration are still being worked out, they’ll most likely take place in Miami, not New York.
Unfortunately, Weezy will not be celebrating his birthday with his family … just yet. But they definitely are pouring some in honor of his special day. Check out what MTV found out below.
Last year, Birdman handed over a sachet with $1 million in cash to his son Lil Wayne for his birthday. But on Monday (September 27), Wayne’s 28th birthday, the #1 Stunna can’t celebrate with his loved one like he wants to. Wayne is still incarcerated on Rikers Island.
“It ain’t kicked in,” Baby told MTV News.
“My family, I like to do things for him for his birthday, you hear me? This the first time we not gonna get a chance to do that. But he is putting a new album out called I Am Not a Human Being. We pop bottles for him while he’s gone.”
Wayne’s album landed online Monday; 10 songs are being sold digitally, and on October 12, a physical copy of the album will land at retailers. That version has 13 tracks.
“When Wayne do what he do, he takes serious pride in his work. Nothing we do is half-stepping or half-cocked. To me, he’s switching back. He’s just rapping how he’s feeling. He’s a genius, so the music is always gonna be great. He wanted to put I Am Not a Human Being out to show people he’s always in the building. You expect to see a lot, you gonna get a lot. It’s a great album.”
Wayne has exactly 39 days left on his sentence until he comes home November 4. Birdman said he’ll most likely go see his family right away.

NEW YORK—Lil Wayne’s already delayed jail term in a gun case abruptly got put off again Tuesday because of a fire in the courthouse where he was due to be sentenced.
The midmorning blaze shut down a Lower Manhattan court for the day, postponing the rap star’s court date among other proceedings, courts spokesman David Bookstaver said.
It wasn’t immediately clear when the sentencing — already put off two weeks because Lil Wayne needed dental surgery — would be rescheduled. Defense lawyer Stacey Richman said the rapper was en route to New York for his 2:15 p.m. hearing when she learned of the court closing.
Having braced to start his time behind bars, he wasn’t pleased to hear about the postponement, she said.
“Once you make up your mind to do something, you want to do it,” she said.
